That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 790 Hout Bay for the unauthorised carport in accordance with plans drawn by J Kelly Designs with drawing number 116-03-2019-001, dated 29 March 2019.
