RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 49339 Cape Town at Newlands for the unauthorised carport in accordance with plan drawn by Hugo-Hamman Associates Architects with drawing number L01.1, revision L-B, dated October 2018.
