That an administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 640 Bergvliet with regard to the unauthorised verandah as per the plan drawn by K & J Honeyman Architectural Designers with drawing number 3014AP/1001, dated September 2018.
