That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work and land use on Erf 64767 Cape Town, as shown on the plan drawn by Louise van Riet with drawing numbers 1807_1-02 Rev 2, dated 28 October 2019.
