Mr. B Fortuin and Mr M Botha from the City of Cape Town Transport Department made oral submissions
The applicant Mr. R Cronwright made an oral submission. The presentation is attached to the official minute as Addendum D
After extensive discussion the MPTSW Panel agreed that the application BE REFERRED BACK in order for the applicant to provide more detailed information with regard to the traffic impact assessment, specifically how cost allocation is arrived at and which aspects of the TIA the Transport Department is not in agreement with.
