Resolution details

RESOLVED that:

a. The application for subdivision of Erf 7811 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/16/7811A, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. The application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 7811 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 3.1.8 which is amended as follows and reasons 3.1.12 and 3.1.13 are deleted

3.1.8 The impact on traffic will be negligible since the proposed access and egress has been improved.
