RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for deletion of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 762, 14102 & 14103 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the condition in Annexure A.
b. The application for deletion of conditions of an existing approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 762, 14102 & 14103 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to condition in Annexure A
ANNEXURE A
ADDITIONAL LAND USE CONDITION
- The subject property shall be used only for the purpose of erecting thereon two dwelling units together with such outbuildings as are ordinarily required to be used therewith.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason, 7.1.13 that reads as follows:
7.1.13 The imposition of the additional land use condition reflects appropriate densification in this context and will not impact negatively on surrounding properties
