RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for the amendment of a condition of an existing approval for Erf 172536 Cape Town at Rondebosch, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for departures, for Erf 172536 Cape Town at Rondebosch, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 7.1.1 which is amended as follows:
7.1.1 There are existing approved balconies which are being widened and windows overlooking the abutting property to the west and the current proposal is for minor additions to the existing balconies which will not impact on privacy
