Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:

a. The application for the rezoning of Erf 2134, Constantia, from Single Residential (SR1) to Local Business (LB2), as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. The application for a parking departure from the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 2134 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

c. The application for Consent to permit a restaurant in terms of the item 55(b) of the Development Management Scheme, for Erf 2134, Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions attached as Annexure A.

d. The application for City approval in terms of Item 121(2) of the Development Management Scheme for Erf 2134, Constantia, to permit the building to be 0m in lieu of 5m from a metropolitan route, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

Condition 1.5 should be changed to 1.4
