RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for consent use in respect of Erf 10584, Parow, to allow for a place of instruction BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the site layout plan attached as Annexure B, subject to conditions as stipulated in Annexure A.
b. The application for permanent departure in respect of Erf 10584, Parow, involving departure from the western and northern common boundary building lines from 5.0m to 0m, to allow for a place of instruction BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the site layout plan attached as Annexure B, subject to conditions as stipulated in Annexure A.
