UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The regulation departure in respect of the 2nd dwelling, braai room and garage as set out in Annexure A on erf 18280, Tijgerhof, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with drawing no. erf 18280; dated 14/02/2019, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The relaxation of title deed conditions B.3.(b) and (d) of deed T57540/2017 relaxation in respect of the second dwelling, braai room and garage as set out in Annexure A on erf 18280, Tijgerhof, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with drawing no. erf 18280; dated 14/02/2019, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
