An administrative penalty in the amount of R 400.00 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, on erf 10389, 11 Capron Close, Rocklands, Mitchells Plain, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)i of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
