RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 18 000 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 725, Joostenberg vlakte for the unauthorized storage of containers and drilling equipment contravention and such penalty be approved in terms of Section 98 (b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 1 which is amended as follows:
1. The extent of the unauthorized use is large
