RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for a Regulation departure from Item 22(d) of the Development Management Scheme to accommodate the proposed second dwelling to be setback 1.0m in lieu of 3.0m from the common boundary, in respect of Erf 8839, Durbanville, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, and be substantially in accordance with the plans in Annexure B
b. That the application for a Regulation departure from Item 22(d) of the Development Management Scheme to accommodate the proposed braai room to be setback 0.5 and 1.0m in lieu of 3.0m from the common boundary, in respect of Erf 8839, Durbanville, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, and be substantially in accordance with the plans in Annexure B
