That the application for permanent departures to permit the relaxation of the 5.0m street building line 0.0m for a garage and 3.0m common boundary building line to 2.5m and 0.0m for dwelling extensions and a deck BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with Plan No 8281.CD.02.1 dated 2018/10/16 attached as Annexure C,
