An administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 BE DETERMINED for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 8519 Wesfleur, Atlantis in accordance with drawing no: D1949, dated 25-06-2019, drawn by: Michael De Jager, and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
