UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 800.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 3513, Summer Greens, for the unlawful building work, and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to replace reason 4 with the following:
The extent of the contravention is considered to be small
