UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application in terms of Section 42(d) for Subdivision of Erf 1655, Somerset West into 2 portions, namely Portion 1 (±942m²) and Remainder (±1329m²) in accordance with Subdivision Plan No. C3465 dated February 2019, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
