RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for consent for Erf 318 Ottery to be used as a place of instruction (ECD), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for departures for Erf 318 Ottery, as contained in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

Amended Conditions

2.5

2.5.1 The ECD layout shall be limited to the areas as indicated on the site/ layout plans attached as Annexure C.
2.5.2 The applicant shall submit an amended Site Layout Plan to show the 3 bays on the parking.

Building Development Management

2.6 Within 1 month of the date of approval of this application, a building plan must be submitted to Council for approval, showing the conversion of the relevant rooms to an ECD Centre and appropriate safety measures taken to safeguard the children from the swimming pool.

Note: Compliance with SANS10400 and related By-Laws.

City Health

2.7 The Director: Health may request the submission of a Noise Assessment Report (at the owner’s cost), should there be complaints relating to noise
