a. That the application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 4849 Simon’s Town, BE APPROVED in terms of 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 162(1) of the Development Management Scheme to permit building work within a Heritage Protection Overlay Zone, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 4849 Simon’s Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Additional Conditions
1.3 The bedroom extension to be set back by 1 brick
1.4 The 2nd storey balcony to be set back by 200mm
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reasons 7.1.2 and 7.1.11 which are deleted
