RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for subdivision of Erf 20886, Bellville into 2 portions, Portion A and Portion B, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with subdivision plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in attached Annexure A.
b. The application for rezoning of Portion B of Erf 20886, Bellville from Single Residential 1 to General Residential 2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in attached Annexure A.
c. The application for permanent departure from the City of Cape Town Development Management Scheme in order to allow re relaxation of the common boundary building line applicable to Portion B of Erf 20886, Bellville from 5.5m to 2.5m, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with site layout plan attached as Annexure D, subject to the conditions contained in attached Annexure A.
Condition 2.5 is amended as follows:
2.5. That all landscaping, especially the proposed trees shall be completed within 6 months from completion of construction of the development in accordance with the landscaping proposals indicated on the SDP attached as Annexure D.
