That the application for the rezoning of a portion of Erf 98, Richmond Park, Richwood, from Single Residential 1 (SR1) to Utility (UT) to permit a Free Standing Base Telecommunication Station as a primary use right BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law (2015) (MPBL).
