That the application for the subdivision of Erf 12561, Kraaifontein into two portions BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, substantially in accordance with plan number AP2018-494 rev B/08/19 dated 07/08/2019 attached as Annexure C and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
