RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the Application for a regulation departure from Item 22(d) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, to permit the second dwelling to be setback 1.5m in lieu of the 3m rear common boundary, in respect of Erf 3591 Eversdale, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, and be substantially in accordance with plan number 1189 – 301 and 1189-302 dated 13 February 2019.

b. That the Application for a regulation departure from Item 22(d) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, to permit a garage and first floor entertainment room to be setback 1.5m in lieu of the 3m common boundary, in respect of Erf 3591 Eversdale, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, and be substantially in accordance with plan number 1189 – 301 and 1189-302 dated 13 February 2019.
