RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for the proposed subdivision into two portions (Portion A at 551m² and Portion B at 425m²) on Erf 19904, Brackenfell BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan shown on Annexure D
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added two additional reasons that read as follows:
7.1.6 The subdivision will create properties with a street front that is in keeping with the area
7.1.7 Portion B is large enough to accommodate a dwelling house that is in keeping with the dwelling houses in the area.
