UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the deletion and amendment of title deed restrictions as contained in Annexure A attached in respect of Erf 1217, 12 Rottingdean Road, Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The deletion of conditions of an existing approval relating to a township establishment as set out in Annexure A, in respect Erf 1217, 12 Rottingdean Road, Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached.
c. The application for departures as set out in Annexure A, in respect of Erf 1217, 12 Rottingdean Road, Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add new:
