UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for the Subdivision of Erf 2490, Somerset West into four portions in accordance with Subdivision Plan No 3 Rev C dated May 2019, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend Annexure A
Add new 2.2 as follows:
That the development be limited to a single dwelling per subdivided portion
Update numbering sequence: old 2.2 becomes 2.3, old 2.3 becomes 2.4 etc.
