UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The amendment of conditions in respect of an existing approval [imposed by the erstwhile Administrator, when approving the township in which the property, Erf 1343, 86 Chapman Avenue, Gordon’s Bay, is located], so as to allow for the erection of more than one dwelling unit (two dwelling units), a coverage of more than one fifth of the size of the property, a relaxation of the street boundary along Chapman Avenue and Clivia Street, from 6.29m to 4.5m and a potential subdivision of the property in future BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015

b. The deletion of restrictive conditions of title [conditions C 1. (a), (b), (c) and (d), as contained in Deed of Transfer no. T401/2019], so as to allow for the erection of two dwelling units on Erf 1343, 86 Chapman Avenue, Gordon’s Bay, 4.5m from the Chapman Avenue and Clivia Street boundaries, covering more than one fifth of the size of the property and possible future subdivision of the property BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
