UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for departures on erf 38672 detailed in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to the following amendments:

7.1.3 As the proposal is located behind the existing building, it is unlikely that it will alter the character of the area significantly. The design of the proposed building complements the existing built form and harmonizes with the existing building on site.
7.1.5 The departures will not impact significantly on the health, safety and well-being of the surrounding community.

Delete 3.2.1
Delete 3.2.4

Delete paragraph heading 3.4
Replace 3.4.1 to be ‘note’
Update numbering sequence accordingly
