RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for Erf 1809 Hout Bay, in relation to the verandah, shown on the plan drawn by Paul Fisher Architects with drawing number LAM2019-00, dated 22-05-2019.
b. That an administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for Erf 1809 Hout Bay, in relation to the shed, gazebo and carport shown on the plan drawn by Paul Fisher Architects with drawing number LAM2019-00, dated 22-05-2019.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
