That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 2953 Kommetjie, regarding the unauthorised place of instruction in the form of ceramic art and music classes as per the plans drawn by Glsola with drawing number DB/2 dated April 2019.
