That an administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the use of Erven 68198 & 68201 & Remainder Erven 68199 & 68202 Cape Town at Wynberg in relation to a caretaker’s accomodation and store as shown on the plan drawn by Michele Sandilands Architects with drawing number 1705_01_02 Rev 1, dated 09-05-2019.
