a. That the application for Council’s consent in terms of Item 40(b) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a place of instruction, on unregistered Erf 173358 (consolidation of Remainder Erf 44291 & Erf 140278) Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for departures for unregistered Erf 173358 (consolidation of Remainder Erf 44291 & Erf 140278) Cape Town at Rondebosch, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
