That the application for Consent Use to permit the operation of a house shop on Erf 687 Ottery BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the plan attached hereto as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
