RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for deletion and amendment of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 96982 and 159768 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for deletion and amendment of conditions of an existing approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 96982 and 159768 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. That the application for the subdivision of Erf 96982 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the plan of subdivision / consolidation LUM/00/96982, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
d. That the application for consolidation of Portion 1 of Erf 96982 & Erf 159768 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per the plan of subdivision / consolidation LUM/00/96982.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
