RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the amendment of a restrictive title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 168949 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for rezoning of Erf 168949 Cape Town at Newlands from Open Space Zone 2 to Single Residential Zone 1, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. That the application for consolidation of Erven 49340 and 168949 Cape Town at Newlands, as per the plan of consolidation LUM/00/168949B, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
d. That the application for subdivision of the consolidation of Erven 49340 and 168949 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/168949A, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
e. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 49340 and 168949 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
