a. That the application for the subdivision of Remainder Erf 3022 Kommetjie, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/61/3022, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 3022 Kommetjie, be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
