That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 174196 Cape Town at Kalk Bay for the unauthorised building work in accordance with plan no 1709 – 02 – 201A, 1709 – 02 – 202A & 1709 – 02 – 203A, drawn by Sandbox architecture & design studio and Matt Pretorius Architecture, all dated 2017-09-01.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
