That an administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 2009 Bergvliet, for the sauna and verandah in accordance with plan drawn by Bouwer Architects, drawing number WD-147, revision 1, dated 26 June 2019.
