UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for subdivision, departures, amendment and deletion of conditions, City approval and Consent as set out in Annexure A on Erven 165639, 165638, Remainder Erf 158112, Remainder Erf 148343, Cape Town and Remainder Erf 192 Roggebaai, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend 7.1.1 by referral specifically to Section 99 (1) (a) of the MPBL and agreed to delete the 3rd reason (incorrectly numbered as 7.1.2 in the case officer’s report)
Parties were advised of their right of appeal.
