UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 for the unauthorised building work BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 8420, Table View, and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
b. An administrative penalty in the amount of R 10 000.00 for the unauthorised land use BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 8420, Table View, in accordance with Annexure B and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
