a. The amendment of conditions, as set out in Annexure A, to accommodate a residential development on erf 5946, Parklands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The site development plans for a residential development on erf 5946, Parklands, as per Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
