UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for Departures as set out in Annexure A in respect of Erf 490 Sea Point West, 9 Milton Road, Sea Point BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Reason 7.2 to be deleted.
Reason 7.2.1 amended to 7.1.7 and reads as follows:
The departures for reduced setbacks will not materially adversely affect neighbouring properties.
