RESOLVED that:
The application for rezoning as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 95451 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, and the Site Development Plan in Annexure C.
The application for departures as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 95451 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, and the Site Development Plan in Annexure C.
The application for City approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 95451 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, and the Site Development Plan in Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 6 as follows:
The rights of surrounding properties will not be materially adversely impacted.
Parties were advised of their right of appeal.
