An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 000.00 for the unauthorised land use (ECD Centre) and R0 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 on erf 33605, Khayelitsha BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)i of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
