An administrative penalty in the amount of R 250.00 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, on erf 58024, 163 Olive Road, Eastridge, Mitchells Plain BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
