UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application in terms of Section 42(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for consent use in order to permit a house shop to operate on the portion of erf 44139, Mitchells Plain, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions attached to Annexure A.
b. The application in terms of Section 42(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for a permanent departure to permit zero (0) on-site parking bays in lieu of one (1) on erf 44139, Mitchells Plain, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the drawing attached as Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
