UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for rezoning of Remainder Erf 380 Schaapkraal from Rural to Subdivisional Overlay Zone for General Business GB3, General Residential GR4 and Single Residential SR1 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A

b. The application for subdivision of Remainder Erf 380 Schaapkraal into 34 Portions BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.


Amend Annexure A:
1.2 Subdivision:
1.2.1 Subdivision of the property into 34 portions in accordance with subdivision plan 2016.11.0047 Revision 1 dated 25 June 2019 drawn by Creative Style.

Add the following to paragraph 3.1.1:
Adequate provision for play areas to be provided

Delete paragraph 3.1.2

Update numbering sequence.
