That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129(7)(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised land use on Erf 3854 Kommetjie, in relation to the high school as shown on plan drawn by Anemone Designs with drawing number Dowling-100 (Rev 02) dated April 2019.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
