That an administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 2380 Hout Bay in respect of the building work as per the plans drawn by Neil McLagan, drawing numbers MP 18017/7 (Revision A) and MP10817/8, both dated September 2018.
